The Flight Arrivals service is a simple SMS based system. A customer sends a text message to <T.B.A> with the service keyword followed by the flight number. For example, FLT EZY1234, in upper or lowercase and with a space after FLT. The system responds with an SMS giving the current flight arrival information and follows up with additional messages should these details change.
Thus a customer in transit can be kept up to date with changes to the arrival status of an incoming flight. To test the service just enter a flight number and click the "Check" button.
